两个大豆品种在人工加速老化过程中种子发芽和活力的变化 被引量:10

摘要 采用高温(54±1)℃,高湿(100%相对湿度)密闭加速种子老化的方法,对晋豆19、晋大53两个大豆品种进行种子老化处理,测定老化过程中,种子发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数、活力指数等发芽指标和种子活力、种子细胞膜透性的变化,明确老化处理对种子发芽和生理特性的影响。结果表明,两个品种,短时间老化处理(12-36h),种子发芽指标均比其对照升高,种子活力也升高。随老化时间的延长,种子发芽指标迅速下降,种子活力降低,种子细胞膜透性加大。试验还表明,晋大53耐老化能力强于晋豆19。 In this paper,aging treatments for seeds were conducted is two soybean varieties of Jindou No. 19 and Jinda No. 53, by the method of accelerated aging at high temperature (54 ± 1 )C, high humidity (100% relative humidity) and obturation. In the aging process,changes in seed germination indexes such as germination forces,germination rates and germination indexes, activity of seeds and seed membrane permeability were determined for definiteness of influences of aging treatments on germination and physiological characters of seeds. The results showed that among two varieties,aging treatments of short time (12 - 36 h), seed germination indexes increased compared with the controls , so did activities of seeds. With extension of aging time, seed germination indexes rapidly fell, activities of seeds declined and membrane permeability increased. The tests also indicated that aging resistance of Jinda No. 53 was better than that of Jindou No. 19.
