摘要
根据遥感影像，对天津市滨海新区1994年至2006年土地利用状况及变化进行分析，并制定滨海新区土地集约利用综合评价指标体系，对滨海新区1994年至2006年土地集约利用进行动态评价。结果表明滨海新区整体集约利用程度较低，除2006年为较集约外，1994-1999年为粗放利用，其他年份处于基本集约水平，尚有较大开发利用潜力。最后对滨海新区土地进一步集约利用提出相应建议。
According to the Landsat-TM image from 1994-2006, the author analyzed the land use change of Tianjin Binhai New Area （TBNA）. An index system for evaluation of regional land intensive utilization was established and used to evaluate the of intensive land use level for TBNA. The results showed that the land intensive level of TBNA was lower during 1994-1999, relatively higher in 1995 and medium in the other years. It indicated TBNA had a great potential on land intensive utilization. Based on the results, the authors put forward several advices on improving land intensive utilization for TBNA.
