Reflection on Rural Teacher Education System in China

摘要 教师教育是培养教师主战场,农村教师教育质量的好坏直接决定我国农村教师队伍和农村教育质量。农村教师教育制度的特殊性在于"农村性"。目前,我国农村教师教育制度存在"离农"倾向、缺乏灵活性、"育"与"训"分离等问题,因此,我国农村教师教育制度改革应坚持"农村"取向、建立开放的农村教师教育制度、强化免费师范生"务农"责任。 Teacher education is the main approach for the preparation of rural teachers. The quality of teacher education in rural areas determines the quality of the rural teachers and the rural education. The particularity of rural teacher educational system is the rural character. However, the present rural teacher educational system is "far from country", short of flexibility, and separates from "culturing" and "training". Therefore, we must insist on "rural" mind, establish the open teacher educational system, and strengthen the "serve to the rural" responsibility in reforming the rural teacher educational system.
