基于STEP-NC的数控铣削系统解释器的研究

摘要 STEP-NC(ISO14649)是STEP标准(ISO10303)在CNC领域的扩展。STEP-NC重新规定了CAX(如CAD、CAM、CAPP、CAE、ERP)与CNC之间的接口,消除了CAX与CNC系统之间的信息流瓶颈,提高了CNC的智能水平。分析了STEP-NC数据结构和文件格式,建立了文件信息提取的映射规则,并采用树结构更清楚地展示文件信息。基于上述方法实现了解释器的各模块关键设计,利用OpenGL完成了加工仿真,并以STEP-NC标准草案的实例加以仿真验证。 STEP--NC (ISO146-19) is the extension of STEP standard to CNC field. STEP--NC renews" the data interface between CAX (such as CAD,CAM,CAPP,CAE,ERP and so on) and CNC,and eliminates choke points of the information stream between CAX and CNC systems,and raises the intelligent level of CNC. Data organization and file format are analyzed in this paper firstly. Then the mapping regulation of information distill is established and file information is displayed distinctly by tree construction. Key design of each module in interpreter is realized based on above methods and machining simulation is achieved by OpenGL. At the same time,the described system has been demonstrated through simulation by STEP--NC instances.
