摘要
本文分析了近5年来75例肾结核诊断及误诊情况。强调一定仔细询问病史，凡短期内不能治愈的泌尿系感染和（或）有结核既往史者，持续腰痛、间断无痛性血尿者，要警惕肾结核。重视病源学（尿TB－DNA、尿沉渣找抗酸杆菌）及血清特异性抗结核抗体的检测。肾结核早期IVU可能有阳性发现，晚期则肾CT优于IVU，肾B超诊断符合率低。
The analysis of what is diagnosed and misdiagnosed among 75 cases of renal tuberculosis in the past 5 years shows that those suffering from persistent lumbago, intermittent painless hematuria and urinary tract infection hardly cured in short term, and those having a tuberculosis history should be remined of renal tuberculois. It is important to examin their urinary TB-DNA and acid-fast bacillus in sediment and to detect specif ic anti-tuberculosis antibody in serum. IVU may show positive findings in early diagnosis and renal CT is superior tp IVU for diagnosing late renal tuberculosis, while diagnostic confirmatory rate of renal B-US is 1ower.
