脂氧素对重度子痫前期患者外周血中性粒细胞凋亡的影响 被引量：9

摘要 脂氧素（lipoxinA4，LXA4）是花生四烯酸的代谢产物，具有促炎症消退和抗炎作用，在自身免疫相关疾病中有控制病情的作用。子痢前期是临床常见的严重影响母婴安全的疾病之一，其发病机理至今尚未完全阐明，但内皮细胞损伤作为子痴前期的一个病理生理特征已是不争的事实，血管内皮损伤是子痢前期患者血管内过度炎症反应的一部分，而激活的中性粒细胞在血管内皮损伤中有着重要的作用。细胞凋亡是将中性粒细胞从炎症区域消除，
