摘要 经皮冠状动脉介入术（percutaneous coronary intervention，PCI）是指运用导管技术，通过球囊加压扩展、机械切割、激光气化、超声空穴等作用及在冠脉内放置金属支架等方法，使狭窄的冠脉内径扩大，改善心肌的血液供给，缓解患者临床症状的一系列治疗手段。
