摘要
将案例推理技术引入到拉丝机故障诊断系统中。分析基于案例推理(Case-Based-Reason ing,CBR)故障诊断的机理,建立CBR拉丝机故障诊断系统模型。运用CBR方法对拉丝机系统故障诊断过程中案例的收集与整理、案例库的建立、案例的检索与匹配以及案例的维护等关键技术进行研究。
Case-Based-Reasoning(CBR) is applied to fault diagnosis system of wire drawing machine. The fault diagnosis principle of CBR is analyzed in detail and the fault diagnosis model of CBR is built. All relevant key techniques, such as case collecting,case processing, case knowledge representation, case storeroom building, case searching, case matching and case maintenance, are systematically studied using CBR technology.
