大豆异黄酮与肿瘤关系研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 大豆异黄酮作为一种植物雌激素,具有雌激素样和抗雌激素样双重作用。近年来随着其生物学作用研究的逐步深入,对大豆异黄酮与激素依赖性肿瘤的关系的研究成为许多体内体外实验关注的焦点,且结果存在诸多不一致之处。本文从临床试验、流行病学调查、动物实验和细胞实验等方面对大豆异黄酮的抑癌和促癌作用进行综述。
