摘要
本文旨在研究日粮中添加芽孢杆菌制剂对肉仔鸡生产性能和免疫力的影响。选用300只1日龄爱拨益加肉仔鸡,随机分成2组,每组3个重复,每个重复50只鸡。2个处理分别为:基础日粮组(Ⅰ)、基础日粮+0.2%芽孢杆菌制剂组(Ⅱ)。试验结果表明:芽孢杆菌制剂提高了肉仔鸡的日增重,在3周龄和4周龄试验组(Ⅱ)与对照组(Ⅰ)相比差异显著(P<0.05),在5周龄和6周龄试验组(Ⅱ)与对照组(Ⅰ)相比差异极显著(P<0.01);提高了饲料报酬,在3周龄试验组(Ⅱ)与对照组(Ⅰ)相比差异显著(P<0.05),在4~6周龄试验组(Ⅱ)与对照组(Ⅰ)相比差异极显著(P<0.01)。肉仔鸡的免疫器官指数、鸡新城疫(NDV)抗体水平与对照组(Ⅰ)相比差异显著。同时也提高了肉仔鸡机体的健康状况。
To study the effects of bacillus preparation added in diet on performance and immunity of broiler, three hundred Arbor Acres (AA)chickens were randomly divided into two groups,each with three replications of fifty chicken. Group Ⅰ was control group,feeding basal diet,and group Ⅱ was experimental group,feeding basal diets added with 0.2 % bacillus preparation.The results showed that,compared with group Ⅰ ,the average daily gain in group Ⅱ was significantly increased in age 3 and 4 weeks,and remarkly significantly increased in age 5 and 6 weeks ;the feed/gain in group Ⅱ was significant decreased in age of 3 week, remarkly significantly decreased in age of 4 - 6 weeks ; the indexes of immune organ, and NDV antibody levels in group Ⅱ were significantly increased.Meanwhile, the health of broilers was also improved.
