摘要
复杂生产系统的DEA效率评价具有重要意义,但有关研究还比较缺乏。树形生产系统是一类代表性的复杂生产系统。传统CCR方法忽视树形系统的内部结构,将高估系统的技术效率。在考虑树形系统的内部结构的基础上,本文提出了针对树形生产系统的DEA TPS效率评价模型。该模型能更合理地评价树形系统的技术效率,更大程度挖掘企业性能改善的潜力。关于商品营销系统的实证分析在一定程度上表明了此模型的合理性。
DEA efficiency evaluation to complex production systems is of great value, however, the related researches are still scarce. The tree like production system is a typical complex system. Traditional DEA CCR approach ignores the interior process of complex systems and overrates the technique efficiencies. Considering the interior process of complex systems, this paper advances a DEA based model for efficiency evaluation to a tree-like production system. The model can rate the technique efficiencies of tree-like systems more reasonably and can find out the potential for system improvement more greatly. The numerical example for marketing systems is presented to demonstrate the rationality of the proposed model.
