冠心病患者血中超氧化物歧化酶含量变化及临床意义 被引量:12

CHANGES IN BLOOD SUPEROXIDE DISMUTASE LEVEL IN CORONARY HEART DISEASE AND ITS CLINICAL SIGNIFICANCE

摘要 超氧化物歧化酶(Superoxide dismutase,SOD)能清除在缺血/再灌注中对心肌有损伤作用的氧自由基(O_2^((?)),从而对心肌起保护作用。作者观察了冠心病患者30例与可疑冠心病患者11例红细胞和血浆中SOD含量及应用复方丹参液加低分子右旋糖酐静脉滴注后SOD的变化。结果表明:冠心病组红细胞和血浆中SOD含量低于可疑冠心病组,其降低幅度与疾病严重程度相关,且血浆SOD能更敏感地反映心肌受损程度。治疗后红细胞和血浆中SOD含量均明显增加,提示这一疗法对缺血性心脏病可以减轻O_2^((?))对心肌的损害。 Superoxide dismutase (SOD) plays an important protective role in the ischemia/reperfusion injury of myocardium 'through its oxygen free radicals scavenging activity.This study investigates the SOD levels in erythrocyte and plasma in patients sufferring from coronary heart disease and the changes in SOD after infusion of Injectio salvia miltiorrhizae composita plus low molecular dextran.The result shows that SOD levels in erythrocyte and plasma of patients with coronary heart disease are lower than that of patients without sufficient evidences of myocardial ischemia,and the extent of the decrease,especially that in plasma,is correlated with the seriousness of the disease.The increased SOD levels in erythrocyte and plasma after the infusion of Injectio salvia miltiorrhizae composita plus low molecular dextran suggest that the therapy may reduce the ischemia/reperfusion injury as well as improve the oxygen supply of ischemic myocardium.
