摘要
通过对唐菖蒲切花鲜重变化率、水分平衡值、瓶插寿命及观赏品质的测定,研究了不同浓度的链霉素、青霉素、灰黄霉素3种抗生素对唐菖蒲切花的保鲜效应。结果表明:较高浓度的链霉素和青霉素处理能延长切花寿命,促进切花吸水,增加切花鲜样质量,提高切花观赏品质,以200 mg/L链霉素处理对唐菖蒲切花的保鲜效果最佳。而较高浓度灰黄霉素处理对切花保鲜有负效果。
The cut gladiolus were held in vase and the effects of three different antibiotics about streptomycin, penicillin and griseofulvin on fresh maintenance were studied. By analysis of fresh mass, water balance, vase life and ornamental value of cut gladiolus flowers, the results of experiment indicated that the higher concentration of streptomycin and penicillin were able to prolong the vase life, enhance the capacity of absorbing water and promote fresh degree. Synthetical index indicated that effects of 200 mg/L streptomycin preservatives were optimum. But the higher concentration of griseofulvin had the negative effects.
