摘要
根据采煤机装煤机理,建立了以螺旋滚筒装煤生产率为目标函数的优化数学模型,并以MG180/420-WD型无链电牵引采煤机为例,采用遗传算法对其进行了优化分析,得出了最佳的滚筒转速及叶片螺旋升角,使理论装煤量提高了8.2%。
According to the shearer coaling theory, the paper establishes the optimal mathematic model which makes the coaling productivity of the spiral drum as the objective function, carries on the optimization analysis by genetic algorithm taking MG180 /420-WD electrical haulage shearer without chains, and obtains the drum speed and the leaf helix angle. This theory has the capability increases 8.2%.
