煤炭粒度精确筛分系统的结构设计及试验研究 被引量:2

Structural design and experiments on the coal particle precise sieving system

摘要 针对煤炭粒度检测过程中存在的问题,提出了一种新筛分结构并对其结构进行设计采用特殊击打式筛板来减小筛分时间,并采用提高筛板网孔精度的方法提高筛分精度试验证明,对于5~100mm范围内的工业用煤,该系统可以在3~4min内同时筛分出6个粒级,筛分精度大于90%,筛分损失率小于2%,筛分原煤量达到100kg,能够满足工业煤炭粒度精确检验的需求。 A new sieving system is designed to solve the problems in the process of coal particle tests. The system adopts a special striking screen to reduce the sieving time, and the sieving precise is raised by improving the precise of the hole on the screen. Experiments show that the system can be used to sieve coal particle ranging from 5 to lOOmm and can get 6 particle degrees in 3 or 4 minutes under the condition that the coal weight reaches to lOOkg. The sieving precise is above 90% and the lost rate is lower than 2%. The system can meet the need of industrial particle testing of coal
