Technology for Electroless Plating of Ni-P Alloy Coating on Poly (Ethylene Terephthalate) in Alkaline Bath

摘要 为了能在聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET)表面获得连续、光亮的化学镀镍层,并同时保持镀液的稳定和较快的镀速,研究了镀液中Ni2+浓度、配位剂浓度和工艺参数对低温碱性化学镀镍磷合金镀速的影响,重点研究了添加剂对镀层的影响,最后确定了最佳工艺参数。结果表明,Cu2+是较好的光亮剂,盐酸胍能够明显提高沉积速率。 The effects of Ni2+ concentration,complexing agent concentration and operation con-ditions on the deposition rate of electroless Ni-P alloy coating on the surface of poly ethylene terephthalate(PET)in an alkaline bath were investigated.The influence of additives on the deposi-tion rate was highlighted.And the optimized plating conditions were then determined.It was found that Cu2+ as a suitable brigh-ter was helpful to the formation of continuous and bright Ni-P al-loy coating on the surface of PET,while guanidine hydrochloride was able to obviously increase the deposition rate of the alloy coating and contributed to retain the stability of the plating bath.
