摘要
结合实际检验断裂自攻螺钉的结果,得出原材料成分、渗碳层控制、设计和加工不合理及氢蚀是造成其断裂的主要原因。并提出相应的改进措施。
The composition of raw material, carburizing layer contrl, unreasonable design and procession and hydrogen corrosion were the main reasons which caused self-tapping screw fractured. And the improvement measures were proposed.
