介绍了一个微型电化学系统中的微电流测量技术.在电路面积和元件精度受限的情况下,通过电流-电压转换电路的设计,实现了高灵敏度和大量程.通过单片机中的数字校准,补偿了模拟元件带来的误差.该系统对于微电流测量的分辨率达到pA量级,精度达到0.1%,是一套适合工业应用的高集成度和高精度的系统.
The paper introduces the weak-current measurement technology in a micro-electrochemistry system. In restriction of circuit area and component precision, high sensitivity and large measurement range is implemented by the design of current-voltage transition circuit. Digital calibration in the Micro Controller Unit compensates the error introduced by the analog components. The resolution of current measurement has reached pA level, and the precision has reached 0.1%. With high integrity and precision, this system is suitable for industrial application.
