摘要
基于减少锂离子电池能量的额外损耗,设计了一款超低功耗锂离子电池保护电路.本电路不仅可以对锂离子电池进行全面有效的保护,而且实现了低功耗.利用MOSFET的亚阈值导电特性,使电路消耗的电流小于3μА;并且芯片在检测到过放电时进入到休眠状态,此时电路消耗的电流仅为0.2μА左右,大大减少了不必要的能量损耗.
The paper presents a ultra low power Li-Ion battery protection circuit based on reducing the additional energy waste of Li-Ion battery. The circuit not only protects Li-Ion battery roundly and effectively, but also achieves low power. Making use of the MOSFET' s subthreshold characteristic, the current of circuit assuming is lower than 3p.A. After the overdiseharge is detected, all the circuits are shutted down. It is assumed the state of standby and decreases the current at 0.2μA or so, therefore greatly reduces the additional energy waste.
