摘要
以广东省科技图书馆为例,针对其在由传统服务型图书馆向研究型图书馆转型发展过程中所遇到的知识管理问题,提出现代图书情报机构知识网络构建设想;在对现代图书情报机构知识网络进行目标与需求分析、能力与构成要素分析的基础上,探讨其知识网络体系的构建问题。
The article brings up an assumption on the knowledge network construction of the current library according to the knowledge management issues during the process of the transition of library to the research library, and discusses the issues of the knowledge network system construction of the current library based on its analysis of goals and needs, ability and the constituent elements.
