盐湖卤水提锂工艺技术现状及存在的问题 被引量:39

摘要 随着锂及其化合物的应用的日益广泛,其需求量越来越大。中国是一个液态锂资源丰富的国家,且含锂盐湖卤水一般都呈高镁锂特征。如何在保证经济效益的前提下实现高镁锂比的镁锂分离是世界性的难题。结合目前国内外盐湖卤水提锂工艺技术特点,重点介绍了溶剂萃取法、沉淀法、离子交换吸附法等盐湖卤水提锂方法。着重分析了目前中国盐湖提锂存在的问题,并为以后解决此问题指明了方向。 China is rich in liquid lithium resources, and salt lake brine in China generally has the feature of high lithium-magnesium ratio. With the increasing application of lithium and its compounds, their demand is growing fast. It has been a tough issue in worldwide for the separation of lithium and magnesium from brine with high Mg - Li ratio under the premise of ensuring the economic benefits. Solvent extraction, precipitation , and ion-exchange adsorption methods were introduced in detail by combining with the features of lithium extraction technologies from salt lakes at home and abroad. On the other hand, the existing problems of extraction lithium from salt lake in present China were emphasized and analyzed and the direction to resolve these problems in the future was pointed out.
