摘要
研制了高功率CO_2激光二维切割精密聚焦系统，应用结果表明：该系统稳定性高，提高了生产效率和产品质量。
In this paper. a 2-D precision cutting focus system for high power CO2 laser is manufactured. Preliminary application show that this system have high stability, thus increasing production efficiency and quality.
