摘要
针对高黏性流体的动态称重问题提出了一种新的方法。应用差值补偿和测定最小流量的方法,克服了黏性流体下落时冲击力和残留物料的影响,通过变频调速精确控制黏性流体的流量来保证称重精度。试验结果表明:通过精确控制流量实现了精确称重,满足了精度要求。
According to the application of the high viscous liquid dynamic weighing, this paper proposed a new method. Using difference compensation and measuring the minimum flow, it overcame the influence of viscous liquid dropping impact and residual material. The precise control of viscous liquid flow ensured weighing accuracy by way of variable-frequency regulating speed technology. Experimental results show that the precise control of the flow guarantees accurate weighing, meets the accuracy requirements.
