刚玉质浇注料气孔孔径分布及其与强度的相关性 被引量:10

PORE SIZE DISTRIBUTION AND ITS CORRELATION WITH STRENGTH OF CORUNDUM-BASED CASTABLES

摘要 分别以活性氧化铝微粉和Al_2O_3-SiO_2凝胶粉作为结合剂,制备了2种刚玉质浇注料。研究了浇注料结构中的气孔孔径分布,并借助回归方程和灰色关联理论分析了不同气孔孔径区间与浇注料强度的相关性。研究发现:浇注料气孔孔径分布受其内部微粉填充效应和基质烧结效应共同影响;回归曲线证实浇注料气孔孔径中位径值与其强度间具有很高的相关性,相关因子R^2>0.9;不同孔径区间与浇注料强度的灰色关联度有明显差异,且同一孔径区间与其强度灰色关联度的大小也随热处理温度的变化而变化。对于活性氧化铝微粉结合的刚玉质浇注料,在110~1500℃的整个热处理温度范围内,<0.5μm的气孔孔径区间与强度的灰色关联度最大。 Two corundum-based castables bonded by reactive micro-alumina and Al2O3-SiO2 gel powder were prepared respectively. The pore size distribution of the castables was studied and the correlation of the pore size distribution with the castables' strength was analyzed by the regression equation and gray relational theory. It is found that the distribution of pore size is influenced by the effects of micro powder filling and matrix sintering. The strong correlation degree between the median diameter of the pores and the strength of the castables is confirmed by regression curves with a high correlation factor (R^2 〉0.9). The significant differences of the gray relational degree between the different intervals of pore size and the castables' strength were characterized. It is also found that for the same interval of pore size, the gray relational degree is affected by the variation of heat treatment temperature. As for the corun- dum-based castable bonded by reactive micro-alumina, the pore size interval of 〈0.5 μn has the highest gray relational degree with the strength in the whole heat treatment temperature range of 1 10℃ to 1 500℃.
