摘要
以Zn(CH_3COO)_2·2H_2O和NaOH为原料,采用水热法制备ZnO微晶。通过改变水热反应时间制得了2种(0001)晶面显露情况不同的六方短柱状ZnO微晶。反应5 h时,得到(0001)晶面平滑完整的晶体;10 h时,(0001)晶面被腐蚀凹陷。使用X射线衍射仪、扫描电镜分析物相组成和晶体显微形貌,并测试2种ZnO微晶的紫外光催化降解亚甲基蓝性能。结果直接证明:(0001)晶面对ZnO六方短柱状微晶光催化活性的高低起决定性作用,当(0001)晶面被溶蚀时,ZnO微晶无光催化降解性。
Zinc oxide (ZnO) crystallite was synthesized by the hydrothermal method, with Zn(CH3COO)2·2H2O and NaOH employed as raw materials. Two kinds of hexagonal column-like ZnO crystals with different exposure of (0001) crystal plane were prepared by changing the hydrothermal treatment time. (0001) crystal surfaces present smoothness and integrity when the holding time is 5 h and depression when the time is 10 h. The phase composition and microstructures of the as-synthesized samples were studied by the X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscope. Ultraviolet-induced photocatalytic degradation of methylene blue was investigated using two samples as photocatalysts. The results directly prove that the (0001) crystal plane of hexagonal colunm-like ZnO crystallite plays a decisive role in the performance of photocatalytic activity. The ZnO crystallite has no photodegradation when its (0001) crystal plane has been dissolved.
