摘要
研究出一种节能型液压抽油机,该液压抽油机采用复合缸--蓄能器液压系统,可以回收利用下行程时抽油杆释放出来的重力势能,具有显著的节能效果。并采用AMESim软件建立仿真实验模型,分析了复合缸柱塞位移、蓄能器气体体积和蓄能器气体压强变化曲线,为液压抽油机的设计,改进及预测提供依据。
A new energy-saving hydraulic pumping unit was designed, which had compound Cylinder-accumulator system, it can use the gravitational potential energy of the pumping unit. And the software named AMESim was used to establish the model of the system. The dynamic characteristic and the influences of design value on performance were analyzed. This is helpful for design of energy-saving hydraulic pumping unit.
