摘要
本文对摊铺机履带液压张紧进行研究。在原摊铺机履带液压张紧的基础上设计一套具有自动张紧、保压持久可靠、张紧零功率损失、防冲击、低成本的液压张紧系统,能够很好地保证摊铺机工作(恒速行走)时履带所受的张紧力保持恒定。提高摊铺机摊铺平整度性能。
This thesis focuses on hydraulic tension for paver track. A new hydraulic tension system is designed based on the old hydraulic tension system. This new tension system has advanced features. For example, automatic-tension, stability, zero tension loss, anti- shock function and low cost. It can maintain a stable tension force for the track when the paver is traveling （average-speed） to improve leveling ability for the paver.
