大白鼠、猫和人缰核细胞构筑的比较研究——神经细胞密度和胶质细胞指数 被引量:1

摘要 用Nissl氏和weil氏染色法比较研究了41例大白鼠、猫和人缰核的细胞构筑。根据细胞的形态与分布,缰核均可分为内侧与外侧两个部分。内侧缰核均不能分出亚核;而外侧缰核的腹外侧区却存在着一个中、大细胞相对集中区,为外侧缰核腹外侧亚核。定量研究结果显示,大白鼠缰核的神经细胞密度最高,其次是猫,人缰核的细胞密度最低,而三者的内侧缰核细胞密度均高于外侧缰核,经统计学处理均有极显著意义。胶质细胞指数正相反,人缰核的胶质细胞指数最高,猫其次,大白鼠最低。上述结果提示,人缰核的功能比猫和大白鼠的可能更活跃、更发展。 The structures of habenular nuclei of 41 cases of rat, cat and man were studied with Nissl's and Weil's methods. On the basis of cell morphology and distribution, the habenular nucleus of rat, cat and man could be divided into medial and lateral parts. The medial habenula could not be subdivided, whereas a group of medium and large neurons was found in the ventrolateral area of lateral habenula named the ventrolateral subdivision. According to quantitative analysis, the neuron density of habenular nucleus is the highest in rat, middle incat and the lowest in man.The neuron density of medial habenula in all specimens is higher than that of lateral habenula.These differences are statistically significant P<0.01. On the contrary, the Neuron/Gila Index of habenular nucleus is the highest in man, second in cat and the lowest in rat.These results suggest that the function of habenular nucleus of man may be the most developed and active than that of cat and rat.
