摘要
采用溶液聚合法以水为溶剂、过硫酸钾为引发剂,合成了低相对分子质量聚丙烯酸-苯乙烯聚合物分散剂。在中性水溶液,pH=2的酸性水溶液和2 mol/L KCl电解质溶液3种环境下,以纳米ZrO_2颗粒的分散粒径为分析依据对合成条件进行了优化探索。结果表明,在反应温度80℃,单体苯乙烯与丙烯酸摩尔比为1: 1,引发剂K_2S_2O_8用量为4%(质量分数),反应时间2 h条件下,制得的分散剂具有良好的分散效果。
An styrene/acryl acid copolymer was employed as a dispersant for nano-ZrO2 in pH=2, pH=7 and 2 mol/L KCl solution suspensions, by solution polymerization using water as solvent, K2S2O8 as initiator. The optimum conditions were found as follows, temperature 80℃, molar ratio of styrene to acrylic acid 1 : 1, mass percentage of potassium persulphate to styrene and acrylic acid 4%, and reaction time 2 h. The effect of pH and ionic strength on the zeta potential and particle sizes of the nano-ZrO2 and stabilizing mechanism of the dispersant was discussed.
