摘要
通过对不同级配外掺MgO混凝土试体的压蒸试验,分析了混凝土各级配的集料粒径、高胶材用量与砂率、常规胶材变化与砂率、干湿筛法成型以及全级配混凝土等不同情况对混凝土压蒸膨胀率的影响及规律,揭示了高胶材、常规胶材、湿筛法成型和全级配混凝土试体压蒸膨胀率的大小顺序关系,并论述了各种级配混凝土和全级配混凝土集料组成的微观结构特性。研究结果表明,集料粒径越大,混凝土构成越不均匀,其测试结果就越不真实,也就是说,大级配MgO混凝土试体不宜作为压蒸试体。经过论证,最终提出采用一级配混凝土作为压蒸试体,并用干筛法成型,该方案符合工程实际。
We do a lot of High-Pressure-Braise Test,it is about the connection between the coarse concrete and thin concrete; the connection between the the cement and the rate of sand; the connection between the concrete means of moulding and the High-Pressure-Braise Test; the connection between the complete grading and and the High-Pressure- Braise Test and so on.As a rule,the experiment result of the coarse concrete will not been true.As well, this paper studies the other element about the High-Pressure-Braise Test.When we do the High-Pressure-Braise Test,it is very good for the High-Pressure-Braise Test about thin concrete.
