摘要
有限元模态分析技术在电机振动解决方案中具有较高的应用价值,本文以某款出现共振的电机转子系统为研究对象,通过有限元模态分析技术,计算出共振频率和临界转速,并对转子系统进行结构修改,最终解决了共振问题,为共振故障排除和电机设计提供理论依据和技术参考。
Finite element modal method is of high application value to solve the motor rotor vibration, the rotor system, which is with resonance problem, is studied with finite element modal method, the resonance frequency and critical speed were calculated, rotor dimensions were modified based on the modal results. At last, the resonance was eliminated, which proved that finite modal method is applicableto solve the rotor system resonance and can provide theoretical reference for motor design.
