摘要
在瓶装水的微生物指标检测中,大肠菌群通常作为微生物污染的指标菌。研究发现,经低温或Cu2+诱导可使大肠杆菌进入"活的非可培养状态",这种状态下的大肠杆菌,在国家标准检测方法提供的培养基上不会出现菌落,检测结果为阴性。同时对另一种革兰氏阳性致病菌金黄色葡萄球菌进行研究,发现其同样存在非可培养状态,证明了现阶段的检测方法,将会造成该状态下微生物的直接漏检。在"活的非可培养状态"的复苏实验中,发现过氧化氢酶和吐温20可以使处于非可培养状态中的两种细菌在短时间内实现复苏,重新具有可培养性。
Escherichia coli is generally used as the health-indicator bacterium in microorganism detection of bottled water. However, when induced by low temperature or Cu^2+, Escherichia coli can enter the viable but non-culturable state and not be detected by the general detecting culture medium. Staphylococcus aureus, a gram-positive pathogenic bacterium, is also found the existence of viable but non-culturable state. Therefore, these bacteria in this state will be escaped only using the present microorganism detecting way. In the resuscitation experiment of the present study, it was found that catalase and Tween 20 could excite the culturable ability of the two species of bacteria from the viable but non-culturable state in a short time.
