摘要
将实时操作系统理论引入到一次调频系统的研究中,考虑在EMS上增加向中间服务器传递实时数据的功能模块,通过读取和分析FTP服务器中的相关数据(如机组出力、频率、数据在本地的采集时间),达到动态监控一次调频工作实施状况的目的。该方案的实施,可以有效地对各发电厂的一次调频工作进行评估,同时,实时操作系统理论的引入,使控制软件的设计简单化,结构也得到了明显的改善。
Real-time operation system theory is introduced into the study of primary frequency regulation system. Function modules that transmit real-time data to FTP servers are appended to EMS. By collecting and analyzing related data offered by the FTP servers (such as generator output, frequency, data collection time), the working state of primary frequency regulation can be dynamically monitored. Through implementing this scheme, primary frequency regulation work in each power plant can be evaluated conveniently and effectively. The application of real-time operation system theory simplify the design of control software and improves the software structure as well.
