摘要
阐述了人力资源及其管理的概念,分析了图书馆人力资源管理现状,从提高馆员整体素质、实现管理的制度化和规范化、重视培养人才等几方面提出了加强图书馆人力资源管理的对策。
This paper expounds the concepts of the human resource and its management, analyzes the present situation of library＇s human resource management, and puts forward some countermeasures for strengthening library＇s human resource management from aspects of improving librarians＇ comprehensive quality, realizing the institutionalization and normalization of the management, and paying attention to the talents cultivation, etc.
