摘要
目的探讨任务驱动教学法在临床护理教学中的优势。方法将144名护生以便利抽样方法分为实验组和对照组,在2个月的实习时间对照组实行传统式教学方式;实验组实行任务驱动教学。结果实验组护生的理论和临床技能考核评分优于对照组(P<0.01);实验组发现问题、独立思考、独立解决问题及综合归纳的能力较对照组均有显著提高(P<0.05)。结论实施任务驱动教学不但可以提高临床教学质量,还有利于提高护生发现问题、独立思考、独立解决问题和综合归纳的能力。
Objective To explore the advantages of the drive - oriented teaching method in clinical nursing teaching. Methods One hundred and forty - four nursing students were divided into two groups. The drive - oriented teaching method was applied in the experimental group for two months while traditional teaching method in the control group. Results Compared with the control group, the students' performance of theory and skills examination, as well as the abilities of raising problem,independent thinking, independent problem -solving, integration and induction were higher in the experimental group ( P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion The application of drive - oriented teaching method can improve the quality of clinical teaching and enhance the students' abilities of raising problem,independent thinking, independent problem - solving,integration and induetion.
