摘要
在全球经济高度竞争的格局中,企业发生风险事件的可能性要比以往大得多!正因为有风险的存在,才需要风险管理。我国西北地区民营企业风险管理落后的现状,影响了企业的可持续发展。为避免不必要的失败和失误,加强风险意识,建立完善的企业风险管理机制势在必行。本文以张家口为例,在分析了民营企业风险管理现状及影响因素的基础上,对我国西北地区民营企业实行风险管理提出了相应的对策。
In the pattern of highly competitive global economic development, the possibility to encounter riskincident in development has become much greater than the past! The risk management in need is due to the existence of the risk. The current situation of out -of -date risk management in the northwest region non -public enterprises has been the burden to keep their sustainable development. In order to avoid unnecessary failures and mistakes, it is imperative to improve risk awareness and establish a well-developed system of enterprise risk management.This text is to take ZHANG JIA KOU as an example,in analyzing the foundation of risk management present condition and influence factor of non-public enterprise,the northwest region non-public enterprise,the northwest region non-public enterprises practising the countermeasure of the risk management is put forward.
