摘要 目的:探讨营养治疗对糖尿病患者的治疗效果。方法:选择本院糖尿病患者126例,随机分成两组:实验组由营养师根据患者情况提供营养治疗饮食,对照组则自行控制饮食。分别对两组患者进行膳食调查及相关生化指标测定,以观察营养治疗的效果。结果:采用营养治疗措施后,两组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、血清胆固醇、甘油三酯等生化指标均降低,但实验组与对照组相比效果更为明显;实验组的饮食结构更为合理。结论:糖尿病营养治疗可以改善糖尿病患者的临床症状,对控制血糖、延缓糖尿病并发症的发生有明显的临床治疗效果。 Objective To observed the treating effect of nutrition therapy on diabetic patients. Method A total of 126 subjects with the hospitalized diabetes were randomly allocated into two groups :The experimental group were provided with weighed individual diabetic food and the control group went on diet dominated by themselves. Patients in both groups were investigated on meals, diabetic nutrition knowledge and were detected for correlative biochemical indices. Results After the nutrition treatment, patients'biochemical indices of fasting blood - glucose, blood sugar 2 hours after meal, hemoglobin of glyeosylation, cholesterol and triglyeeride in serum in both groups were significantly lower. Compared with the control group, the effect of the experimental group was even better. The acknowledgement rate of nutrition knowl- edge on diabetes of the experimental group improved significantly, and their meals were more scientifically arranged. Conclusion The diabetic nutritional therapy would be very helpful for diabetic patients to alleviate their clinical symptoms ,control their blood -sugar level, as well as delay the occurrence of the diabetic complications.
