摘要
采用元素分析仪、傅立叶红外光谱仪、扫描电子显微镜、广角X-射线衍射仪、差热和热重分析仪对牛奶蛋白纤维的化学组成和结构进行了研究和表征.结果表明:牛奶蛋白纤维是异形纤维,截面上有微孔,表面有凹槽,由牛奶蛋白和丙烯腈组成,结晶度为39.22%,纤维吸湿性不高,热裂解从253℃开始,到322.4℃裂解达到高峰.在一系列耐化学品实验中发现:其耐酸性很好,耐碱性较差,在弱碱如小苏打中较稳定;在H2O2和Na2S2O4溶液中很稳定,但在氧化剂NaClO溶液中易变色.
The elemental analyzer,FT-IR spectroscopy,SEM, X-ray diffractometer, DSC-TG analyzer were used to study the chemical constitution and structure of milk protein fiber. The result shows that milk protein fiber is profile fiber with micro pores on its section and grooves on its surface. It is composed of milk protein and acrylonitrile, and the crystallinity is 39.22%. The fiber has low hygroscopicity, and the thermal cracking begin at 253 ℃ and reached its peak at 322.4 ℃. Through study on a series of its resistance to chemical agent, it was found that the acid-resistance of this fiber is good, but its alkaliresistance is bad,it is stable in weak alkali and NaHCO3. It is very stable in H2O2 and Na2S2O4 solution, but it is easy to change its color in the NaCIO oxidant solution.
