摘要
概述21世纪以来南非竞争情报理论与实践研究进展,发现南非在竞争情报价值、竞争情报活动、成功因素、组织结构、方法与技术、文化及相关法律问题等理论研究上都取得了许多成绩,而且南非在实践研究中善于运用调查与比较研究。
The paper summarizes progresses on theoretical and practical researches of competitive intelligence in South Africa since 21st century. The results show that South African has made great pro- gresses on theory research including value, activities, success factors, organizational structure, meth- ods and technologies, culture and legal issues related to competitive intelligence, and that South African is good at taking advantage of survey and comparative study.
