新疆特色果品中原花青素含量的分析比较 被引量:11

摘要 对新疆特色果品葡萄、黑加仑、枸杞、桑椹、欧洲李、樱桃李、杏、核桃、沙枣、楹棹、石榴果品中的原花青素含量进行测定。结果表明,试验材料中大多数果品都含有原花青素。部分果品的原花青素含量丰富。含量在6.644~31.817μg/g,个别果品所含原花青素微量,试验未检出。葡萄籽中原花青素含量最高,为31.817μg/g;沙枣果肉的原花青素含量次之,为21.398μg/g。在樱桃李、欧洲李、楹梓、桑椹、核桃,不同的品种或类型间原花青素含量差别明显;同品种或类型果品不同部位的原花青素含量不同。 The content of proanthocyanidins of grape, black currant, medlar, mulberry, cherry plum, European plum, apricot, walnut, Elaeagnus angustifolia, quince and pomegranate of Xinjiang were determined. The results showed that the most of the fruit contained proanthocyanidins. Proanthocyanidins content was from 6.644μg/g to 31. 817 μg/g. Individual fruits contained trace proanthocyanidins which hasn't been found. The grape seed of proanthocyanidins content was up to 31. 817 μg/g, Elaeagnus angustifolia pulp of proanthocyanidins was 21. 398 μg/g. Cherry plum, European plum, quince, mulberry and walnut, have differences in content. The content of procyanidins was different in the same varieties or types of fruit of different parts.
