新疆野苹果花芽形态分化的研究 被引量:4

摘要 采用石蜡切片法对新疆伊犁地区新源县交吾托海野果林原生境内的新疆野苹果花芽分化过程进行观察研究。结果表明:花芽形态分化始于6月下旬,整个花芽分化过程约持续70 d,经历了未分化期、分化初期、萼片原基分化期、花瓣原基分化期、雄蕊原基分化期及雌蕊原基分化期6个时期,花芽分化各时期有重叠现象。6月22日之前基本处于未分化期;分化初期集中在7月初;萼片分化期开始于6月下旬,集中在7月中旬;花瓣分化始于7月初,集中在7月下旬;雄蕊分化期也始于7月初,集中在8月中旬;雌蕊原基分化期始于7月下旬,集中在8月中上旬;至9月初花芽全部进入雌蕊分化期。 In this experiment, the paraff'm section method is adapted to observe the developing process of flower bud differentiation of Malus sieversii in Hi, Xinjiang. The results indicated that the flower bud differentiation started in the last ten - day period of June. The flower bud differentiation process lasted for about 70 days. The whole process may be divided into the non - differentiation stage, the initial differentiation stage, the sepal primordial differentiation stage, the petal primordial differentiation stage, the stamen primordial differentiation stage and the pistil primordial differentiation stage. There was intersectional phenomenon in each differentiation stage. The flower buds were in a certain condition of non - differentiation before June 22. The initial differentiation concentrated in early July. The sepal primordial differentiation started in the last ten - day period of June, but concentrated in the middle ten - day period of July. The petal primordial differentiation started in early July, but concentrated in the last ten - day period of July. The stamen primordial differentiation started in early July, but concentrated in the middle ten - day period of August. The pistil primordial differentiation started in the last ten - day period of July, but concentrated in the middle and the first ten - day periond of August. All the flower bud entered the pistil primordial differentiation stage in early September.
