摘要
针对系统通信可靠、实时性的要求,在交直流埋弧焊接通信控制中,提出了一种基于DSP的CAN总线通信控制方案,介绍了交直流埋弧焊电源系统结构原理的设计,并对基于DSP的CAN总线通信的协议设计、硬件电路设计以及软件设计进行了较详细说明,同时还提出了一种多帧数据准确通信的方案。
Aiming at the real-time and reliability demand of the system communication,the communication control applying AC/DC submerged arc welding,a kind of scheme about the CAN bus communication control based on the DSP chip is put forward.The paper introduces the system structure design and principle of the AC/DC submerged arc welding system,and the design of CAN bus communication protocol based on the DSP,the design of hardware circuit,the design of software are analyzed in detail,and a kind of scheme about multiple frame data communication is put forward.
