摘要
采用溶胶凝胶法和浸渍法制备了不同组成的Mg-Cu/SiO2催化剂,利用BET,XRD和H2-TPR等研究了该催化剂的表面结构及在NO+CO反应中的催化活性.结果表明,随着Mg含量的增加,活性组分Cu与载体之间的作用力逐渐增强,CuO还原温度逐渐升高.在NO+CO反应中,当Cu的含量是载体SiO2质量的2%,Mg的含量是载体SiO2质量的3%时,Mg-Cu/SiO2催化剂活性最高,250℃时NO生成N2的转化率达到100%.
A series of Mg-Cu/SiO2 catalysts was prepared by Sol-Gel and impregnation Mg(NO3)2 methods. Based on the experimental results of BET, XRD, H2-TPR and activity evaluation, the physical and chemical properties and catalytic performance of the catalysts for NO+CO reaction were investigated. The results indicated that with increasing of the content of MgO, the interaction between Copper and the supporter became stronger and the reducing temperature of CuO increased. The optimum loading amount of Mg and Cu were 3% and 2%, respectively. Conversion of NO to N2 was 100% at 250 ℃.
