健身气功易筋经对血清免疫球蛋白及补体活性的影响 被引量:10

摘要 为了研究健身气功易筋经对老年人机体免疫分子免疫球蛋白与补体活性的影响,以30名健康老年为研究对象,随机分为易筋经组和对照组各15人,经过6个月的健身气功易筋经锻炼分别测定实验前后血清IgG、IgM、IgA含量及C3、C4含量.结果显示血清IgG、C3、C4含量与对照组相比增高,且具有显著性差异(P<0.05或P<0.01),而IgMI、gA含量与对照组相比无明显变化.认为长期坚持健身气功易筋经锻炼能提高老年人免疫球蛋白和补体含量,提高机体免疫功能. In order to research effects of Fitness Qigong Yijinjing on immune molecular immunoglobulin (Ig)and complements activities of older. 30 healthy olders were randomized into BaduanJin and control groups each of 15 people. After 6 months of fitness Qigong measured serum IgG,IgM,IgA content and C3,C4 content Yijinjing exercise were before and after the experiment. The results showed, serum IgG, C3, C4 content increased compared with the control group and had significant differences (P〈0.05 or P〈0.01), however, IgM,IgA content had no significant change in comparison with the control group. Conclusions:Long time Fitness Qigong Yijinjing exercise can enhance the elder's immunoglobulin(Ig)and complements content, and improve immune function.
