摘要
研究高职高专院校薪酬制度的改革,对于理顺工资关系,克服工资分配中的平均主义,调动教职工工作的积极性和创新性,增强学校的发展后劲和竞争力,具有重要的意义。
This paper studies the reform of the remuneration system in vocational and general colleges to serve the following purposes: to straighten out the relation of salary; to remove equalitarianism in income distribution; to motivate the staff to work effectively and creatively; to stimulate the school's growth and make it more competitive.
