摘要
苏霍姆林斯在《给教师的建议》中详细地阐述了有关劳动教育的思想,说明了劳动的重要性,指出了劳动教育与智育、德育、学生个性发展的关系,这些思想对当今职业教育仍有很大启发,如要用劳动美引导学生热爱劳动、热爱自己的职业;教师用自己的爱好激发学生的劳动兴趣,使学生发现自己;通过劳动使差生建立自信;在技能训练中要采用研究性学习等。
Suchomlinski explained in detail his theory of labor education in ＂the suggestion for teacher＂.He said the importance of working and pointed out the relationship of labor education and intellectual, moral, character development of students. These ideas still give much enlightenment for vocational education,such as guiding the students to love working by labor beauty, stimulating students＂ interests in working by teachers＂ own hobbies, making students find themselves, giving the self- confidence to poor students through labor, using the method of research learning in the skill training, and so on.
