摘要 新试剂1-(6-硝基-2-苯并噻唑)-3-(4-硝基苯)-三氮烯与汞(Ⅱ)显色反应的研究及应用金传明龚楚儒胡宗球杨明华(湖北师范学院化学系黄石435002)关键词1-(6-硝基-2-苯并噻唑)-3-(4-硝基苯)-三氮烯显色反应汞中图分类号O657.... おhe colour reaction of a new reagent 1(6nitro2benzothiazolyl)3(4nitrophenyl)triazene(NBTNPT) with Hg(Ⅱ) is described.Results show that the orangeyellow complex appears at pH 9.9-10.6 butter solution of Na2B4O7NaOH in the presence of Triton X100. The maxmium absorption is at 442nm whereas the maxmium negative absorption is at 528nm.By using dual wavelength spectrophotometry,the measured and reference wavelengths are 442nm and 528nm respectively.The molar absorptivity is 2.21×105L·mol-1·cm-1,Beer′s law is applicable in the range of 06μg/25mL for Hg(Ⅱ).The method has been used to determine microamounts of Hg(Ⅱ) in waste water and human hair with satisfactory results.
