包合锰卟啉的环糊精聚合物作为过氧化物朊酶模型物的研究 被引量:9

摘要 制备了β-环糊精交联聚合物(β-CDP)和四(4-三甲铵基苯基)卟啉锰(MnTAPP)的超分子包合物(MnTAPP-β-CDP),并以此包合物作为过氧化物朊酶的模型物.结果表明,固载化的包合物不仅十分稳定,而且呈现出较高的过氧化物朊酶活性.将它应用于酶法分析,可催化过氧化氢与4-氨基安替比林和对氯苯酚的显色反应,当过氧化氢浓度为0~2.5μg/mL时,与吸光度呈良好线性关系,相关系数为0.9992. The supramolecular inclusive complex of 5,10,15,20-tetrakis[4-(trimethylammonium)pheny1]-21H,23H-porphine manganese (Ⅱ)(MnTAPP)with β-cyclodextrin cross-linking polymer (β-CDP) was obtained and used as an analogue for peroxide proteinase. The immobilized inclusive complex as a mimetic enzyme of horseradish peroxidase was very stable exhibited the high proteinase-like activity, which has been demonstrated by enzymatic methods of analysis. The method was applied to the determination of hydrogen peroxide with 4-aminoantipyrine and p-chlorophenic acid. The calibration graph for the determination of hydrogen peroxide was linear from 0 to 2.5μg/mL and the linear correlation coefficient was found as 0.9992.
