摘要 综述了低温条件下的甲烷生成,包括自然界低温环境甲烷的形成和低温厌氧消化器中甲烷的形成。同时阐述了嗜冷产甲烷古菌的分离、适冷机制及分子生物学研究进展。 The article summarizes methanogenesis under low-temperature conditions, including methanogenesis in natural cold environments and in artificial anaerobic digesters by psychrophilic methanogen. The isolation of psychrophilic methanogens, the mechanisms of cold adaptation, and the molecular biology, were also discussed.
