摘要
我国农村沼气大多为常温发酵,受环境温度影响很大。在寒冷地区,沼气池必须采取必要的保温和加热措施。笔者建立了螺旋管加热沼气池试验台,对池内换热情况进行分析研究,同时利用计算流体仿真技术对沼气池内温度场分布进行分析。实验测定了螺旋管换热器对流换热系数,所建立的F luent软件模型能基本反应流场的实际情况,其计算结果与实验情况基本吻合。
In most parts of china, the fermentation of rural biogas digester is strongly influenced by the ambient temperature. In cold areas, because of the low air temperature, the biogas digester must take some necessary measures for insulation and heating. A biogas digester heating test-bed was designed using spiral heat exchanger for analyzing of heat transfer situation inside the digester. Computational fluid simulation technology was used to analyze temperature distribution in the digester. The convection heat transfer coefficient of the heat exchanger was of determined. The software of Fluent model established could basically respond the actual situation of fluid filed. The calculated result are basically consistent with experimental results.
